Magic Among the Wildflowers is a personal blog about me, Sonya. I am a wearer of many hats and this little corner of mine is a place for me to document and share my thoughts, experiences, and well, the everyday magic that occurs in my life. Topics will range from motherhood, education, married life, creativity, self-awareness, and of course my never ending exploration of new ideas and curiosities. The name of my blog, Magic Among the Wildflowers, is inspired by my fascination with magic, which to me consists of the invisible forces that makes our world go round, that allows a majestic oak tree to grow from a tiny seed, that equips our bodies with the intelligence to function despite our own understanding or doing, that creates such astounding beauty and order in the natural world, and that gives that final push needed to make a life-altering decision which turns out to be exactly what you needed.
